In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the hw168 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hw168 does not permit account registration or participation in any gaming activity by persons under the age of 21. hw168 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hw168 complies with applicable local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one hw168 Account at any time. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with hw168 or any gaming platform with which hw168 has a shared self-exclusion arrangement at the time of registration or play.
• Not an hw168 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of hw168 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

To access real-money gaming on hw168, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting a registration, you make the following representations and warranties:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are the lawful owner of the mobile number and email address used to create your hw168 Account.
• You understand that registering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You consent to hw168 contacting you at the mobile number and email address on record for the purposes of account administration, security notifications, and promotional communications (where opted in).

hw168 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close an Account at any time, including where information provided during registration is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete. Where an Account is closed for this reason, any Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any pending transaction fees.

Players are required to complete the hw168 KYC process before making withdrawals above the platform's defined threshold. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport, or driving licence) and may include proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. hw168 processes KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt of complete documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hw168 Account credentials, including your username and password. hw168 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your hw168 Account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to be hw168 support staff. hw168 support agents will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Log out of your hw168 Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify hw168 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

hw168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security, including losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your credentials. However, hw168 will cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected unauthorised Account access and will take reasonable steps to protect the Account during any such investigation.

hw168 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and other supported Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether) and other supported digital currencies as listed in the hw168 deposit section at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and by Account tier; current limits are displayed within the hw168 Account deposit section.

Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to the hw168 Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of blockchain network confirmations, as specified for the relevant coin.

All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation, as determined by hw168's exchange rate provider. hw168 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their hw168 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same hw168 Account ("same-method policy"), unless an alternative method is approved by the hw168 compliance team following KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during standard platform operating hours (24/7). Processing times during high-volume periods or following a first-time KYC verification may be extended; hw168 will communicate any delay via in-platform notification or email.
• hw168 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount, at its absolute discretion. Players who fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the request may have their withdrawal held pending until documentation is received.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being fully met before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Partially cleared Bonus Funds are not withdrawable.

If hw168 becomes aware of any fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, or potential breach of these Terms in connection with a withdrawal request, it reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation. Should an investigation conclude that a breach has occurred, hw168 may forfeit the relevant funds and close the associated Account.

hw168 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Account holders who meet the criteria stated in the relevant promotion. hw168 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on payment method, Account history, or jurisdiction.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or zero. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms or available from hw168 customer support.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to the Account unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is Rp 200.000, or the equivalent stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit while Bonus Funds are active may be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Abuse: hw168 will not tolerate bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, arbitrage betting to clear wagering requirements, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. hw168 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

The hw168 platform hosts a variety of gaming products, including live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), online slots, sportsbook markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and e-sports betting. The following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• All game outcomes on the hw168 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer action for live table games. Game results are final once a round is closed by the system or dealer.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including connection interruptions, software errors, or hardware failure on the player's side — hw168's server-side records will be used to determine the state of play at the time of interruption. hw168's determination in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. hw168 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with or without prior notice.
• All sportsbook bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, including rules governing abandoned matches, postponements, walkovers, and the treatment of incomplete legs in accumulator (parlay) bets.
• hw168 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on a manifest pricing error, a technical error in the odds feed, or information that was unavailable to hw168 at the time the market was priced.

hw168 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your hw168 Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set voluntarily by the player. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will prompt a logout.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hw168 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI systems, or any mechanical or electronic assistance to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic, or pricing errors — including deliberately placing bets after being made aware of such an error.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the platform in connection with any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment methods or payment methods that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Colluding with other players in live table games, sportsbook betting syndicates, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over hw168 or other players.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, or redistributing any part of the hw168 platform software or content.

All content on the hw168 platform — including but not limited to the hw168 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, video content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hw168 or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other studio partners). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any hw168 intellectual property beyond the limited licence required to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any hw168 content — including the hw168 brand name or logo — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

hw168 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an hw168 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the hw168 Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of platform services.
• hw168 does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data is retained in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and hw168's internal retention schedule.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to any retention obligations applicable to hw168 under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hw168's total aggregate liability to any Account holder in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account holder in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hw168 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains errors due to technical faults, data feed interruptions, or third-party provider outages.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond hw168's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain adequate Account security.

hw168 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the platform inbox or registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the hw168 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds in your Account in accordance with Clause 6 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the hw168 operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents hw168 from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm.

Players access the hw168 platform as individuals, and nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or fiduciary relationship between the parties.
